"Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less."
Testament to the above statement, students and teachers at Prudence Dwarka 22 have come out of the fear and understood that although Covid-19 is here to stay, life must go on.
The empty corridors, quiet classrooms and the silent campus of Prudence Dwarka 22 revived itself by welcoming the students beaming with broad smiles and laughter after a long period of 341 days.
After COVID-19 disrupted our lives and forced our students to open their laptops and learn from home, their first day of school after a long term was a rite of passage — the start of a life-determining journey that has broadly followed the same shape and rhythm for generations. Abiding strictly by the norms, classes for grades X and XII were conducted in a staggered manner. The students were facilitated and guided by the school staff to take precautionary measures and to maintain social distancing. With placement of touchless hand sanitizers, strict physical distancing protocols, posters encouraging awareness on corona virus , regular sanitization of school premises, fully-equipped medical room, temperature checks at the entry and the exit and encouraging the use of masks, we at Prudence Dwarka 22 have taken a lead by creating a safe, responsible and healthy approach towards a new beginning.
